2007: ADTHINK MEDIA, Internet Group.

February: The ADVERT STREAM Group becomes ADTHINK MEDIA
In order to adopt an identity more in keeping with its activities and its development strategy, the ADVERT STREAM Group, with the strength of its specialised subsidiaries behind it, changes its name and calls itself "ADTHINK media". The name "ADVERT STREAM" remains the commercial designation for its historical activity - that of an advertising agency.

2006 : ADVERT STREAM becomes an Internet Group.

The ADVERT STREAM Group positions itself as a true Internet group, centred on three spheres of highly synergistic and complementary activities: audience monetisation, publishing and generating traffic. The four search engine marketing agencies, acquired in 2005 are gradually restructured. Acquisition activities and traffic generation are regrouped into one, central, legal entity - CLICK MEDIAS. The three other subsidiaries are capitalised upon in order to bring out the fast growing new activities of the Group under their own, legal entity: PROFILES PARTNERS is a direct marketing company, WAWA STUDIO is a studio for the creation of graphics and marketing, and LUDO FACTORY hosts Internet games publishing activities.
  • June 06: The ADVERT STREAM Group creates its “Publishing” sphere, with the acquisition of the Numerik Art company.

    The Group acquires the Numerik Art company, a company that provides meeting/dating sites (one million subscribers), and its proprietary affiliation platform. The company’s aim is to own its audience. Marc LAVIGNE DELVILLE rejoins Group management as Director of the Publishing Sphere and becomes a member of the board of directors.

  • April 06: ADVERT STREAM launches a new platform and becomes the first advertising agency on the Internet to bring together all the main advertising solutions onto one, unique technological platform.

    With this new version, ADVERT STREAM gambles on a huge influx of small and medium sized advertisers in the Internet and, following more than 12 months of research and development, launches a “Network” offer, available in a self service format. This integrally automated service allows an advertiser, very simply and online, to organise an advertising campaign over a network of 5,000 websites with very precise targeted criteria (website theme, keyword, the Internauts’ country of origin and language…). In this way, the Company can offer the main advertising solutions with one single, technological platform: Media Solutions, Network Solutions and Affiliation Solutions.

2005: Growth acceleration as a result of various factors.

  • The Company is given the status of “Innovative Young Company” by the Ministry of Research.
  • New offers of services as a result of the launch of a new advertising platform.
  • The Company integrates an affiliation platform which allows it to offer advertisers performance-related advertising solutions
  • Second call of capital and a new investor comes onto the scene. The Company carries out a second capital raising levy from its historic investors, joined by a new investor.
  • Strategic acquisition of 4 SEM agencies. In order to respond to the market’s growing demand in terms of payable positioning on the search engines, it acquires four SEM agencies and forms its “Acquisition and Traffic Generation” sphere.

2004: Enlargement of the potential market for a new advertising platform.

The platform launched in 2004 makes it possible to extend video advertising distribution to all the sites and not only the sites that have video contents. ADVERT STREAM becomes the leading advertising agency in the cinema and video games field.

2003: Entry into the institutional investment capital market.

In order to speed up its development and to finance a second version of its technological tool, ADVERT STREAM carries out an injection of capital from institutional investors

2002: The starting up of sales activity.

Sales activity starts off with references from prestigious clients such as YOP, GINI, Société Générale, FOX… and in collaboration with sites having video contents with streaming, available on consultation, such as Allociné, MCM, MTV, Skyrock…

2001: Creation of the Company.

Sylvain MOREL, young entrepreneur, and Bertrand GROS, experienced entrepreneur, create the ADVERT STREAM Company, an Internet advertising agency specialising in video streaming. Against the background of a glum market following the bursting of the Internet bubble, the two highly complementary entrepreneurs set up the company aiming at the development of the high bandwidth Internet and its potential applications such as video on the Internet and, consequently, video advertising. This vision is vindicated a few years later.
