Sylvain MOREL (30 years old) :
Founder – President of the Board of Directors
Having obtained his degree from CPE Lyon (Lyon University, School of Chemistry, Physics & Electronics) in 2001, with specialisation in Internet technologies, Sylvain MOREL started up the ADVERT STREAM company, which became the ADTHINK MEDIA Group at the beginning of 2007 during his last year of engineering study, already being driven by a strong vocational urge to launch new things. His entrepreneurial dynamism, coupled with his technological background, generates technological innovations and strategic decisions which have ensured a rapid and perennial growth in profits for the Group ever since 2001.

Bertrand GROS (44 years old) :
Founder – Managing Director
With accounting & financing Certification and Chartered Accountancy, Bertrand GROS started his career in an audit and accounts office from 1986 to 1992. From 1992 to 2000, he enjoyed a number of entrepreneurial successes (in the agribusiness and software provision field). In 2000, being passionate about the Internet and the new economy, he founded the ADVERT STREAM company together with Sylvain MOREL. His financial expertise, his controlled style of management and his pragmatism ensure that the Group enjoys excellent developmental progress.

Marc LAVIGNE DELVILLE (36 years old) :
Administrator – Director of the Publishing Sphere
EFAP Certified, Marc LAVIGNE DELVILLE started off his career as the person in charge of communications for the Chief of Police of La Réunion before advancing to the very heart of institutional communications management, at Bouygues Telecom. Then, fired by a burning desire to rejoin the Internet world, he resigned in order to undergo training, at the Gobelins School, in Internet project management, from where he emerged with a Masters, at which point he created the NUMERIK ART Company, which became a subsidiary of the ADVERT STREAM Group in 2006.

A team of personnel with great potential
Graduates of some of the greatest engineering schools (Centrale Lyon, Polytechnique Lausanne…) and sales colleges (ESC Toulon, …), the employees are undergoing sustained training by the management so that they can gain work expertise and autonomy as rapidly as possible. This strategy makes it possible to have a policy of delegation and, consequently, go along effectively with the enormous growth in the market.
